compensation for houses affected by natural disasters
- Damage to the home during natural disasters such as floods, cyclones, landslides, tsunamis, Stone overturning, and storms.
- The Grama Niladhari should be informed at the same time.
- Request an application for assistance by letter.
- Completing the application and If the damage is less than Rs.10000, 9 (1) application should be completed, three pictures of the damaged section, 2 copies of the identity card, 2 copies of the bank book should be provided.
- If there are more than Rs.10000, please complete form 9 (5), complete form 9 (6) for Small and Medium Scale Industries should be given 3 pictures of the damaged part, two copies of the identity card, two copies of the bank book, Two copies of deeds to declare the ownership of the land.
